Change by Action: Make our Politicians Accountable and Punishable

I think its time we take action against our politicians constant abuse of our Constitutional rights and just general abuse of us as people.
So taking it that the constitution is the base laws of our people why are our leaders allowed to bend, break or just ignore them without being punished.
If you are not aware of what exactly i am referring to its is the current implementation of Housing Tax which goes directly against our constitution.

Article 43
1. 1° The State acknowledges that man, in virtue of his rational being, has the natural right, antecedent to positive law, to the private ownership of external goods.
2° The State accordingly guarantees to pass no law attempting to abolish the right of private ownership or the general right to transfer, bequeath, and inherit property.
With the housing tax we are no longer given the right to own property as once you pay for it, it becomes a privilege that can be revoked. Also as the tax requires registration in legal terms this means the state has a superior claim to your Home.
This along with other things such as Inheritance Tax, Carbon tax and Road tolling are clear proof that the government are no longer concerned with the best interest of the people they are here to serve.
So we should make them accountable for their actions. I propose in order to do this we arrest them for crimes against the people and the constitution. If we are able to get enough support we plan to take action against Enda Kenny the current taoiseach. I hope to place him under citizens arrest with a large media presence and about 50 people support and witness it, to bring awareness of this matter. We would take him to a Garda station with a list of his crimes against the people and the constitution. Ideally ending up in a court case however a media fuss in enough for now. If this is successful we will work towards similar arrests until ultimately we have gotten the government in a state where they will begin working for the people again.
So i write this to hear your critique on the idea, and to look for help from you even if you are just another body when we go to make the arrest or have some legal expertise or information you could offer. All would be welcome.
